What: "House Rules" Pole Vault Competitions
Where: University of Minnesota

When: Mondays, June 16, 23, 30 and July 7, 14, 21, 28
--The pit opens at 4pm for warm-ups
--The pit closes at 8pm, mosquitos are too thick after that
--All meets are pending the weather--look for confimation online before coming to the school
What do you have to do?:
1) Check the weather and decide if it looks good enough to jump Online Weather Forecast (//%22http://www.accuweather.com/forecast-hourly.asp?partner=accuweather&traveler=0&zipChg=1&zipcode=55455&metric=0%22)
2) Check FDA's website to make sure the meet is on--please don't call, we really will post it on the bulletin board
3) bring $12 cash, entry fee
4) bring your own water
5) bring your own poles if you want
6) (opt) bring money to join us for dinner in Dinkytown, after meet
What is provided:
1) You may use our full line of poles--you agree to purchase any poles you damage (if your're worried, just don't wear spikes)
2) We will have 2-3 paid workers running the meet, placing crossbars, and adjusting standards.
3) Any crossbar breakage is covered by the entry fee (pole breakage is not)
Flight Deck "House-Rules" meets
--if there are 10-people or less, we will run a (10) jump meet--all vaulters get 10-bars where ever they choose
If there are 10 or more people
--Warm-ups from 4pm-5pm. (after 1-hour, 2-min WU at bar change)
--Multiple pegs, 5-alive system
--Late arrivals can catch desired heights as the next lower peg advances
--0"/6" increments one week, alternating with 3"/9" increments the next week.
--one Mulligan (single 4th attempt)
--swearing, or landing dangerously, is a miss (rude and/or scarey is not welcome)
