Hey everyone

Poles
--If you plan to order poles, for yourself, let me know within the next two weeks so I can add it to the stocking order.  It is the slow season, so they are more likely to honor flex requests.

Grad School
--is kicking my @$$.  I'm doing it, but it is an exhaustive amount of time and thought.
--I am taking (6) credits (which is full-time according the college)

I just accepted a position at the UofM, Volunteer Asst. Track Coach for the Men's team.
--I will not be coaching the (5) vault-specialists.  Those kids will continue being coached by Scott Bennett
--I will be coaching the (8) decaths and red-shirts that vault.
--To be clear, I am not THE vault coach; rather one-of-the vault coaches.
--As a consequence, I gave up the partial weightroom-coaching at Armstrong.

Reno
--I do not think I am going to Reno this year.
--I think Caroline is still planning on going.

2007 Season
--I plan to continue to compete, in so far as it doesn't interfer with the coaching.
--as usual, training and practicing is completely on your own.
--predictably, I plan on following the UofM men's team on competitions this year.
--If you plan on jumping, and need poles, you should call me pretty quick.  Just like last year, you will have to individually negotiate your way into the meets and handle your own pole transportation etc.
--You will want to buddy-up with another FDA vaulter at meets to co-coach.  Caroline and I will, as always, help as much as possible.  But with Caroline coaching (8) and me coaching (8) and vaulting, we may be full.

Call me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Have a great fall
--get skinny and strong--
