The 2005 Summer Camp will have 2 vault practices per week along with speed/strength/endurance workouts for improved vault performance.  All poles are included.

The camp will be held at Armstrong High School in Plymouth, MN (HWY 169 & 36th Ave N).

The camp will be six(6) weeks long from Monday June 13th ? Thursday July 21st.
(12 vault practices)

Vault practices will tentatively be on Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm.
 
Limited to eight (Cool athletes!
