USATF Level-1 school
--at Stillwater High School--

Scott Christensen is the lead instructor. Scott's email (//%22christensens@stillwater.k12.mn.us%22)

I recommend the certification process for everyone involved in track; coaches and athletes alike.  There are multiple levels of certification:
--Level-1 is a two-day seminar which provides an overview of everything track & field.  Like all workshops, there will be some things you will already know, but also a few new pearls of knowledge to take with you.
--Level-2 is a week-long in-depth course on the science of track and field (continuing ed credits are available for level-2).  Level-2 is amazing (and exhausting); well worth it.
--Level-3 is advanced seminars and original research, peer reviewed and published.

I will be the instructor for the vault at the Stillwater Level-1.

"S" "A" "T" and "F" are not the letters that follow "U"
According to that song, "V" "W" "X" and "Y" follow "U"
I suggest starting at the beginning.

adults...so confusing....
