Attention Minnesota pole vault coaches:
Considering the extreme weather so far this spring, I know that many programs have yet to have an opportunity to vault this year. I'm excited to announce that Armstrong High School in Plymouth is looking to open its indoor facility for practice the next two Saturdays (3/22 & 3/29). We're planning on the runway being available from 2:00-4:00 PM and if there's enough interest, we'll open up a second session from 4:00-6:00.
