Call Steve to confirm that you are coming 763-458-2932 as all times are tentative AND WEATHER DEPENDENT. The entire line of poles will be available for current FDA members after the state HS meet--though you may have to get the poles to some of the meets yourself as per the membership agreement.

--Tue 7/26, Jog on your own
--Wed 7/27, Flight Deck Invite Meet 3, Armstrong HS ($10) Pit opens at 4pm, Start Time 5:15pm, This meet will be big so get there early
--Thu 7/28, Practice @ Armstrong (running and lifting), 5pm
--Fri 7/29, Jog on your own
--Sat 7/30, rest (day off)

We will attempt to hold a few practices per week, as weather allows, at Armstrong. You will want to either show up to everything, or call to confirm before ever showing up.
