Hours are flexible with at least two days a week or more required.

I just want to comment on what I witnessed last friday at the Hamline Elite meet. It was a real pleasure to see the kids from Minnesota come together and help each other out at the meet. Eric Ramsdahl from St.James (class A) was stuck in traffic and showed up at the meet after it started and had to jump in at 13' with his tennis shoes on and at the later heights when he was one of the only kids left competing and seeing the kids from the bigger (class AA) schools catching Erics pole and his step and offering support as he was vaulting at 14' and higher was a real testiment at what pole vaulting is supposed to be. Everyone coming together and helping each other out. I just want to say that it made me very proud to say that I am involved with this talented and class act bunch of kids from Minnesota. Big time. Thank-you. You guys rock.

Question- Just recieved a 15' 165 (Pacer) and it has no mfg engraving on it. MSHL rule states (verbatim off the website) "The engraved manufacturer?s weight marking on a pole must be present for a pole to be legal." Ok- I went to Gill Athletics website and they say that all Pacers after 2003 have the s/n and a barcode imbedded on a tag in the pole (My pole has that). Has anyone had any legality issues with any meet officials concerning the newer Pacer poles?

Hey- Looking for some more options for summer camps coming up- (besides flightdeck- we'll have a couple of kids there) I know Jan Johnson had one at Stevens Point, WI the last couple of years- Is Nike doing a camp at the U of M this summer?- If anyone hears of some more camps- please post. Thanks.

Coaches will be able to relate- A week or two of practice and then BAM! Spring Break happens and its back to square one.... Good Luck this season to all Vaulters and Coaches....
