Instructions:
1) Steve will have the passes in hand as of Thursday AM.  If you need a pass, make arrangements to pick them up at Steve's house...

2) If you want to help set up or clean up, contact Jamie.  Don't bother emailing him as his service is down.  Rather, call him at the number above (in the original post).

3) HEATS: As there are about (60) people vaulting, we need to have (2) flights of about (30) each.
===FLIGHT ONE--ALL HIGH SCHOOL.  The runway will be open at 9:30am so everyone has plenty of time to get used to the runway and the poles (look up above for the poles available and the agreement vaulters agree to when using them).  The first competition begins promptly at 11am.  Be there early to allow for parking time, driving SNAFU's etc..
===FLIGHT TWO--ALL OPEN AND COLLEGE. Warm-up will begin immediately after the high school competition is finished.  Please be there early enough to allow for any driving or parking SNAFU's.  Plan on getting 45-60 minutes for warm-up.  We will push the initial warm-up to ensure we are done with the competition by 7pm.  Additional warm-up jumps will be loosely allowed throughout the competition to keep the higher jumpers ready.
