Friends, The USATF MN indoor championships are this Sunday at the University of Minnesota fieldhouse. For those of you who participated in our winter camps this is a great opportunity to finish the winter off on a strong note before the HS season starts. Flight Deck will have poles and coaches available at the meet to ensure you have everything you need to jump high.  Email Chris Milton (chris.milton@gmail.com) so that we are prepared to support you.

Interesting idea he has applying the gymnastics idea of spotting to the vault.  I'd like to see how he does this in person.
